Is it beer or black iced coffee? Pota Caifé balances a pleasant creaminess with roasted malts, and a robust coffee aroma and flavor. Our 2018 version features a 25% French, 75% Ethiopian blend – locally roasted by Bookserdoo in Asbury Park. Named after the Irish phrase for pot of coffee, Pota Caifé is crafted in the style of a cold-brewed coffee; with whole beans added to the beer before carbonation.
The autumn beer of the Yard Work Series, Leaf Blower is a hoppy pale ale brewed with both American (Columbus and Willamette) and English (Northdown and East Kent Golding) hops. It’s bitterness is as crisp as the autumn air, with a medium-body and deep golden hue.
Bloody Dimwit will be your new favorite brew for lounging by the pool or relaxing on the beach. If it’s fruity citrus aroma and bright orange color don’t remind you summer, nothing will. Biscuity malt and unmistakable blood orange flavors are complemented by a lingering citrus finish.
Black Rabbit, a 5.5% lager, is the epitome of our favorite phrase “dark is not a flavor”; it is extremely dark in color, yet unbelievably light bodied. Brewed with Black Patent and Chocolate malts, Grains of Paradise, Fuggle hops, then dry hopped with Lemondrop – this lager has an incredible roasted flavor, a hint of citrus, with a clean, dry finish.
